CanisCore Platform Terms & Conditions (Trainer / White Label Version)

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the CanisCore platform by trainers, businesses, and organisations using the CanisCore system, including white-label and branded versions of the platform.

By using CanisCore, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. About CanisCore

CanisCore is a dog training business platform designed to support trainers with:

structured training delivery

memberships

pathways and programmes

client management

video feedback systems

live sessions

community support systems

scalable online training delivery

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to operate a business and enter into binding agreements.

You are responsible for ensuring:

your training business complies with applicable laws

your services are delivered safely and professionally

your business insurance is appropriate for your services

4. Trainer Responsibility

CanisCore provides software and platform infrastructure only.

Trainers remain fully responsible for:

their own training advice

client interactions

behavioural recommendations

safety procedures

legal compliance

insurance cover

content accuracy

handling client disputes

CanisCore does not supervise or endorse individual trainers using the platform.

5. Subscription & Onboarding

All CanisCore trainer plans begin with an initial 6-month onboarding and implementation period.

Following this period, subscriptions continue on a rolling monthly basis unless otherwise agreed.

Subscription fees and setup fees are outlined separately.

Failure to maintain subscription payments may result in:

suspension of platform access

suspension of trainer accounts

removal of platform features

6. Setup & Integration

Trainers are responsible for:

maintaining their own Go High Level, Pet Biz Suite, or compatible system accounts where required

maintaining Stripe or payment processor accounts

complying with payment provider rules and regulations

CanisCore may provide onboarding guidance and implementation support but is not responsible for third-party platform outages, account issues, or payment disputes.

7. Branding & White Label Use

Branding permissions vary depending on the selected CanisCore plan.

Platform Tier

Includes visible CanisCore branding.

Business Tier

Includes subtle “Powered by CanisCore” branding.

Pro Tier

Includes full trainer-branded white-label presentation.

Trainers may not:

claim ownership of CanisCore software

resell the platform itself

duplicate or reproduce CanisCore systems outside authorised use

8. Trainer Content

Trainers retain ownership of the content they upload.

By uploading content, trainers grant CanisCore permission to:

host content

process content

display content within the platform

provide platform functionality

Trainers are responsible for ensuring they own or have permission to use all uploaded content.

9. Acceptable Use

Trainers must not use CanisCore for:

unlawful activity

abusive or discriminatory behaviour

harmful or dangerous training practices

spam or deceptive marketing

copyright infringement

misuse of platform infrastructure

CanisCore reserves the right to suspend accounts where misuse occurs.

10. Intellectual Property

CanisCore software, systems, branding, workflows, and platform architecture remain the intellectual property of CanisCore.

Use of the platform does not transfer ownership of:

software

systems

branding

workflows

design structures

platform features

11. Availability & Platform Changes

We aim to provide reliable access to the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Features and functionality may evolve over time.

CanisCore reserves the right to:

update features

improve systems

modify functionality

discontinue features where necessary

12. Limitation of Liability

CanisCore provides software infrastructure only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CanisCore is not liable for:

trainer business losses

client disputes

training outcomes

payment processor failures

third-party outages

indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited under UK law.

13. Data Protection & GDPR

Trainers are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with:

GDPR

marketing regulations

client data handling obligations

CanisCore processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

14. Termination

CanisCore reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

breach of these Terms

unlawful activity

abusive behaviour

non-payment

misuse of the platform

Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided.

15. Changes to Terms

CanisCore may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on the website or platform.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
